Somos La Guinda is an agency far from traditional ones.
In spanish "desorganizadores de eventos", yes, you read that right – disorganizing. With extensive experience in the entertainment and events sector, Son del Aire Eventos set out in mid-2023 to introduce "La Guinda," a service aimed at creating the best, most personalized, and fantastically unique weddings imaginable.
They serve as the internal voice that encourages daring ideas and brings them to life. The project's pillars are originality, sociability, and dynamism. They ensure agility and security in management, offering a variety of musical styles and formats, as well as repertoires to suit all tastes.
La Guinda provides packages with services ranging from the wedding menu to guest entertainment and the entrance of the newlyweds. The ultimate goal is to transform events from mere gatherings into memorable life experiences where clients take center stage.
Their brand manual portrays them as direct, clever, and with a touch of class, creating a good-natured atmosphere..
Strategy, Naming and Logo
After collaborating with the founders of Somos La Guinda on their Son del Aire Eventos project, Grove Agency received a briefing to conceptualize and materialize Somos La Guinda.
Our services encompassed the creation of a comprehensive corporate identity, covering verbal, visual, and communication identity. We presented three distinct branding concepts, including typography, color palette, brand rationale, and logo applications. In conjunction with this, we worked on defining the brand's differentiators and the value proposition that Somos La Guinda could offer. One of the main challenges was striking a balance between the eccentricity and exuberance associated with the brand and the potentially more conservative mindset of the target audience, which had a medium to high purchasing power.
We successfully crafted a brand manual with an 80s-inspired and festive aesthetic, launched the project on social media, and developed a narrative to communicate all services for a brand dossier and a website.
