About the client

Good Game Generation is a Barcelona-based tech academy founded in 2022 that uses video games as an educational tool. They offer activities, training programmes and projects for all audiences, built around a philosophy they call Good Gaming: a conscious, inclusive and respectful approach to play.

Their methodology translates that philosophy into a concrete way of playing, accompanying and creating healthier, richer experiences; with the goal of fostering a generation of players who embrace entertainment with awareness. Behind it all is a team of gamers, video game experts and educators working at the intersection of play and personal development.

Strategy and Challenge

The challenge was giving a powerful idea a solid structure to grow from. In 2024, we developed a full repositioning plan: starting with a strategic consultancy and a deep immersion in the sector to map trends and identify the spaces they were best placed to occupy.

From there, we built tailored messaging for each audience profile, defined priority channels and structured the entire plan around four objectives: integrating digital leisure with learning, growing their student base, consolidating their position as a sector reference, and exploring new platforms within education and gaming.

The plan rested on four pillars:

  1. Educate as the foundation

  2. Collaborate with families across recreational and learning environments

  3. Share knowledge through content on multiple channels

  4. Play as the thread that ties it all together.
